Tess Peterpan frilly

Tess PeterPan Frilly has cooler white background with baby blue strips and red and pink small flowers in between stripes. The round collar is made in white block colour with red check pattern around. Red check pattern is also used in the elbow sleeve cuffs and detachable necktie.
