Regular post - flat rate AUD $9.20
Express post - flat rate AUD $12.20

Extra $3 will be charged if signature at arrival is requested. 

Shipping to other counties  (for order above $50)
Regular post to New Zealand - flat rate $18.00 
Regular post to US, Canada and South East Asia - flat rate $25 
Regular post to Europe - flat rate $30
Regular post to other countries - quote on request 

Insurance coverage is available upon request. Please leave a note at checkout and a quote will be provided.

We take no responsibility for items lost in the mail after it's lodged with Australia Post.

• Pickup 

No charge for pickup from north side of Brisbane. Please enter “PICKUP” in the promotion code upon payment.
Pickup is ready once you receive the dispatch email. If you require the pickup address, please send through a message via Facebook.

• Dispatch timeframes

In stock items are normally dispatched within 2-3 business days. Until mid December 2019, dispatch timeframes is 7-8 business days.

Custom orders for bedding are dispatched within 6-8 weeks from when the order is placed.

Preorders including custom orders are dispatched as per the timeframes outlined.
