Repair, Exchange and Return
Change of mind or incorrect sizing returns
- Change of mind or incorrect sizing returns are only available for in stock items (excludes preorders, mystery boxes and custom made), providing the item is in brand new, unworn conditions, with all tags intact. Postage (based on seleted postage type) plus handling fee ($11 per order) will be deducted from the refundable credit.
- Mystery boxes (for example newbie deal, mystery sale, or mystery pre-order etc) CAN NOT be exchanged, returned or refunded under any circumstances.
- Customer must notify Five Little Acorns of their intent to return the purchase within 7 days of receipt (based on Australia Post tracking record). The item must be returned (at the buyer’s cost and tracking must be provided) within 5 business days.
- A store credit for the item’s value (excluding original shipping cost and handling fee) will be provided upon receipt of the item and confirmation of item condition.
Faulty items
- Refund or store credit are available for brand new unworn faulty items (excluding items sold with a disclosed fault). Please contact Five Little Acorns to advise. Return shipping will be covered by Five Little Acorns.
- Please note: we may offer a replacement of the item in some instances but this cannot be guaranteed Eg if the item has been sold out.
Repairs to worn items
Repairs to worn items may be offered in some circumstances, providing:
- you are the original owner. Items purchased second hand on BSS or otherwise are excluded.
- The fault is only minor (discretion of five little acorns)
- The item is within 6 months old from original purchase from FLA directly.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
