Refund policy

  • Change of mind or incorrect sizing returns
Change of mind or incorrect sizing returns are only available for in stock items (excludes preorders, mystery boxes and custom made), providing the item is in brand new, unworn conditions, with all tags intact.

Customer must notify Five Little Acorns of their intent to return the purchase within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned (at the buyer’s cost and tracking must be provided) within 5 business days.

A store credit for the item’s value (excluding original shipping cost) will be provided upon receipt of the item and confirmation of item condition.

  • Faulty items
Refund or store credit are available for brand new unworn faulty items (excluding items sold with a disclosed fault). Please contact Five Little Acorns to advise. Return shipping will be covered by Five Little Acorns.

Please note: we may offer a replacement of the item in some instances but this cannot be guaranteed Eg if the item has been sold out.
