Oldie but Goodie custom orders

As some of you might remember, when I was visiting my studio, I dug out a big pile of old fabrics — which have lots of people’s forever favourites. Now I am offering something special for our long term followers — getting them made into something you’ve been dreaming of.

How does it work?

Step 1. I will post a photo of the pile of fabric in the VIP group later today, with each fabric marked with a number. I will leave you some time to consider what you’d like to have and what style you want to get it made into. There are a few rules in this step:

1. All fabrics in the stack had been used, either for release, custom, mystery pre-order or samples.
2. Feel free to zoom in and pass the picture/s around, and discuss about them.
3. I will NOT confirm if any shown fabric is certain print, you have to use your own FLA knowledge to make the judgement and take the risk if you are uncertain (this is the the fun part)
4. The thickness shown in the fabric stack does not necessarily show the quantity left, but the quantity will be reflected in the listing which is mentioned in next step.

Step 2. Then I will have a website listing ready with all fabric numbers. Customers can cart to secure a custom spot with your desired fabric before more details get discussed. A few rules here again:

When to cart: the listing will become available at 10 am Friday 5th May (yeah happy birthday FLA). Turn around time will be around 3 months.

Who can cart: Each customer can only cart one item in EACH HOUR (you can use Combineshipping code for later orders). So get a few plans in your mind and put them in priority orders. If you cart 2 items within an hour, the later one will be cancelled without notice and the stock will become available again for others.

How Much does it cost:

An invoice of the gap fee will be sent once all details are confirmed.

How do we discuss details of my custom:

1. You CAN NOT order anything in the same fabric and style as what FLA or other brands have released/exposed either in big or small quantity, even with different details. for example if we had a Ruby Peter Pan frilly made as custom before, you can not order the same one, but you can do sailor frilly instead.
2. No cancelations for this custom pre-order at any stage after the order being placed.
3. Some fabrics might have enough quantity for multiple pieces, in which case it will allow more than 1 people to order. However：a). As some styles/sizes use more fabrics than others, It may not be big enough for what you want to get made until we start cutting (this may take up to a few weeks), you can choose to change style or cancel your order. b). For those fabric can accomodate multiple orders, if someone confirmed their details and finalised the payment before you, there might be a small risk that the fabric quota gets finished, you can choose to change style (if there is still any), change to other available fabric, or cancel your order.
4. Please be mindful some fabrics may only suit certain styles.
